Our Purpose Is Exclusively Killing' - How The Sudanese Ruthless Fighting Force Conducted a Massacre

Militiamen laugh as they travel on the rear of a transport truck, racing alongside a line of multiple lifeless forms and moving in the direction of the sinking Sudan's sunset.
"Look at such accomplishment. See this act of genocide," a combatant exclaims.

The combatants are rejoicing over a mass killing that aid workers believe resulted in the deaths of over 2,000 civilians in the African urban center of al-Fashir during October.
A City Severed from the World
After maintaining the urban area under blockade for nearly two years, from late summer the militia proceeded to reinforce its position and blockade the surviving residents.
Orbital photography show that fighters began to construct a massive sand wall - a raised sand barrier - around the edges of the city, blocking access routes and halting relief supplies.
